Redesign of Experian's core Credit product across Desktop and mobile.

I led a team of designers in a multi-year, end-to-end redesign of Experian's core Credit product across web and mobile. Spanning six key product areas, this effort redefined the UX strategy and visual design of Experian's most essential consumer-facing experiences, while simultaneously helping to shape the foundation of the broader product Design System. Experian's Credit product had grown organically over time, resulting in a fragmented experience across features and platforms. Inconsistent design patterns, an aging visual language, and a lack of unified UX strategy made it difficult to deliver a cohesive, intuitive experience, particularly as the product scaled to meet the needs of a growing, younger user base.
